Your firm's documents. Structured. Protected. Under Control.

AI-powered document intelligence for law firms — transcription, legal intake analysis, and document protection in one platform.

See It In Action

Law firms lose hours every week to document friction.

Your attorneys should be practicing law — not fighting with intake forms, depositions, and expiration calendars.

📄

Transcription takes hours

Dictation, depositions, and intake interviews manually transcribed by staff = billable time lost, turnaround delays, and human error that can compromise case accuracy.

⚖️

Medical records don't summarize themselves

PI attorneys drowning in hundreds of pages of records with no structured summary. Critical flags get missed. Demand letters lack the depth they need to be effective.

🔒

Documents expire silently

NDAs, engagement letters, and retainer agreements expire without anyone noticing — until the compliance gap appears, potentially exposing the firm to liability.

Three tools. One platform. Complete document intelligence.

PI Intake Interview — Case #2024-0847 March 14, 2024
[00:00] Attorney: Good morning, Mr. Caldwell. Thank you for coming in today. For the record, this is attorney Dana Reyes with Caldwell & Associates, and we're meeting with Thomas Caldwell regarding a motor vehicle accident that occurred on February 3rd, 2024. Mr. Caldwell, can you please state your full name for the record?
[00:32] Client: Thomas James Caldwell.
[00:38] Attorney: Thank you. And can you describe, in your own words, what happened on the morning of February 3rd when the accident occurred?
[00:47] Client: I was driving east on Jefferson Boulevard, approaching the intersection with 5th Street. The light was green. I was going about 35 miles per hour. The defendant — a silver Honda Accord — ran the red light from the opposite direction and struck the front passenger side of my vehicle. I didn't have time to react.
[01:08] Attorney: And the impact — which side of your vehicle was struck?
[01:14] Client: Passenger side. Right passenger door and the rear quarter panel. The car spun around after impact. I was disoriented. A witness — I don't know his name — stopped and called 911. The police report is already in your file.
[01:31] Attorney: Correct, I've reviewed it. The report indicates the defendant admitted to officers that he did not see the light change. Now, let's talk about your injuries. Tell me about what happened immediately after the impact.
[01:45] Client: I had pain in my neck immediately — a burning sensation. By the time paramedics arrived, I also had significant pain in my right shoulder and my lower back on the left side. They immobilized my neck and took me to St. Mary's ER.
EXHIBIT A — EMS Run Report
[02:04] Attorney: And what was the diagnosis at St. Mary's?
[02:10] Client: Cervical sprain, mild concussion, and right shoulder contusion. They gave me pain medication and referred me to Dr. Alward for follow-up. I've had two MRIs since — one of my cervical spine and one of my right shoulder.
EXHIBIT B — St. Mary's ER Records
EXHIBIT C — MRI Cervical Spine (Feb 12, 2024)
EXHIBIT D — MRI Right Shoulder (Feb 19, 2024)
